Antwon Bundage
President / CEO
As President and CEO of DeJae Equipment & Parts, Antwon keeps the operation moving from helping customers find the right equipment to ensuring service calls run smoothly. Some days he is in the field solving problems, other days he is making sure the team has the tools they need to succeed. For Antwon, the best part of his role is the people, both the team he leads and the customers they serve. He takes pride in knowing that what DeJae provides makes work easier and keeps businesses running strong.
A Fort Worth native, Antwon is a proud father of three competitive boys who keep him busy with extracurriculars. Outside of work, he puts his faith first and is dedicated to fitness, health, and mentoring young men through football coaching and training.
If the team had to sum him up in three words, it would be dedicated, genuine, and problem solver.
Shawn Santos
V.P. of Sales & Marketing
As V.P. of Sales & Marketing at DeJae Equipment & Parts, Shawn brings over 15 years of proven experience in sales and customer care. A graduate of the University of Tulsa, his philosophy is simple: treat others the way you want to be treated. That golden rule has fueled his success in delivering a true red carpet experience to every client.
A Fort Worth native, Shawn has been married to his wife for 10 years, and together they raise a blended family of five kids. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his two dogs and creating memories with his family rooted in nostalgia, laughter, and fun. Family time means everything to him, whether it is game nights, introducing his children to the old school movies/shows he grew up with, or watching them perform on the theatre stage and compete in sports. As a former collegiate and professional athlete, he still jumps in every so often to compete with them, though he admits his hamstrings and back have their limits.
The team describes him as fearless, honest, and funny
(a natural jokester who believes life is too short to take too seriously).
Adonte Smith
Shop Foreman | Lead Technician
Donte serves as Shop Foreman and Lead Service Technician at DeJae Equipment & Parts. He enjoys the freedom that comes with the role, never being tied to just one job and keeping operations running smoothly.
A Fort Worth native, Adonte is all about family. He and his wife are raising five kids, three French bulldogs, a cat, and even manage a big fish tank. Family time is his greatest priority, and he loves spending as much time as possible with the people and pets who love him back. When he is not at the shop, you will likely find him cheering for his beloved Dallas Cowboys.
Around the workplace, the team describes Donte as the cool and dependable guy who always has their back and helps keep things on track.
Ethan Brown
Technician | Logistics
Ethan, better known as “ET,” plays a vital role at DeJae Equipment & Parts by managing service calls, oil field installations, deliveries, and pump rebuilds. He also ensures the right equipment is ordered and on hand when needed, keeping operations on track and efficient. For Ethan, the most rewarding part of his work is the opportunity it has brought to his life. He describes working at DEP as life changing and is grateful for the support of his coworkers, who make each day both meaningful and enjoyable.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Ethan shares his life with his fiancée and their German Shepherd, Arlo. Together they enjoy traveling, watching shows, and planning for their future family. Outside of work, Ethan dedicates himself to fitness, calls himself a proud gym rat, and enjoys relaxing with YouTube. A fun fact about him is that he is a fraternal twin, completely opposite from his brother but inseparable all the same.
The team would describe him as innovative, creative and composed, qualities that show in everything he does.
Jonathon Lacy
Logistics
Known around the team as “Highway Johnny,” Jonathan takes pride in the freedom his role at DeJae Equipment & Parts gives him. Without anyone looking over his shoulder, he is able to focus on the work at hand and get the job done right.
Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Jonathan has been married for 15 years and is a proud father of three kids, two girls and a boy. Family means everything to him, but when he does find downtime, you will often find him fishing or drawing as a talented artist.
The team would describe him as honest, goofy, and a bit of a loner, but always dependable.
